TrinityOS-Retired: Retired configs and sections from TrinityOS <author>David A. Ranch, <tt/dranch@trinnet.net/ <date>March 4, 2001
TrinityOS and its associated archive scripts guide the Linux user in a step-by-step fashion using a common example throughout to configure over 50+ Internet services. As technology moves forwards, configuration files change and some processess and applications are replaced. This document is the resting place for old configs and TrinityOS sections for people who either want to see the old configs or for people who cannot upgrade their systems to the most modern and/or secure mechanisms.
<toc> <sect>Retired named configs<label id="sect-1"> <p> Retired: March 4,2001 Compiling older version of Sendmail: #For Bind 8.2.2p5 only #--------------------- ./configure --prefix=/usr <sect>Retired Sendmail configurations<label id="sect-2"> <p> Retired: October 7, 2000 NOTE #1: The .mc file syntax has CHANGED between Sendmail 8.8.x and 8.9.x.
