BRI lines:

	- If you are trying to get call bouncing or ACP (automatic 
	  call preemption) running on your ISDN line, make sure:

		- ACP is on the 1st TN(telephone number) only.  
		- You must also have display set to yes.   

		- This can all be done by ensuring that you have
		  "capability package K" set on your line..   

PRI lines:

	- If you are getting Fast Busy signals, have the phone
	  company check:

		- Check that your line is provisioned for
		  Pre-NI1 or Custom

		- In the "Logical Terminal Definition" or 
		  LTDEF, make sure the following are set:

			- Variant:  "NTNAPRI"
			- Profname: "NIL"
